Nourish is a modern catering studio creating abundant, curated food spreads and table experiences for events, brands and communities.

Founded by Abigail Naomi in 2023, Nourish was born from her deep love for food, the joy of hosting, and gathering people. What began as a personal love of hosting has grown into a business built on the belief that food is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together.

At the heart of Nourish is a simple belief: we were made for community, and food sits right at the centre of it.

Whether it's a team lunch, brand activation, intimate gathering or community event, our approach remains the same: generous food, thoughtful presentation and genuine hospitality.
